Grant PM — Privacy Policy

Grant PM ("the app") is a voice daily-log tool for construction project managers, published by Carlile Advisors. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and how you can delete it.

Information We Collect

• Account information — the email address and password you use to create your account. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never stored by us in readable form.
• Voice recordings — the audio you record as a daily log.
• Transcripts — text transcriptions of your recordings. Transcription is performed on your device.
• Account identifier — a unique user ID that links your logs to your account.

How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to provide the app's core function: capturing, transcribing, storing, and displaying your own daily logs. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

How Your Data Is Stored

Your recordings, transcripts, and account data are stored securely using Supabase (our backend provider) over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access is restricted so that you can only ever see and modify your own logs.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Data is processed only by the infrastructure providers (Supabase) required to operate the app.

Deleting Your Data

You can permanently delete your account at any time from inside the app: open the account menu and choose Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, all of your daily logs, and their audio recordings. This action cannot be undone.

Children's Privacy

The app is intended for professional use and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
